Built in 1911 and standing the test of time, Rosa Morando 1911 has been carefully restored — reimagined to create future-proof spaces designed around student life, accommodation and social interaction.

Our vision: preserve the heritage of the building while creating a vibrant home for students from Italy and around the world, right in the heart of Verona's Veronetta–Porta Vescovo neighbourhood.

Rooms and apartments
Single and double rooms are available. All rooms are furnished and located within shared apartments with a kitchen, living room and bathroom.
Yes. Rooms include a bed, essential furniture, Wi-Fi, heating and cooling. Bed linen is not included, but can be requested for an additional fee.
The kitchen is shared by around five students on average. You will share the bathroom with 1 or 2 other students.
Prices and contract
Prices start from €650 per month for a single room and from €475 per month per person for a double room. The price depends on the room type, contract duration and availability.
Flexible, 10-month and 12-month contracts are available, including for Erasmus or exchange students. Availability is confirmed during the application process.
Included and excluded services
The rent includes: main utilities, fibre internet, heating and cooling, access to all shared spaces, and professional cleaning of all common areas (including shared kitchens and bathrooms).
Room cleaning (available at extra cost upon request), meal or canteen services, bed linen and other personal services are not included in the rent.
The residence has a laundry room with professional washing machines and dryers, accessible 24/7. Use of the laundry room is paid separately.
Yes. Bike and scooter storage and resident parking are available, subject to availability.
Residence life and guests
Yes, in line with the residence rules and with respect for other residents. Overnight stays must be communicated and approved.
No. Pets are not allowed inside the residence.
